Can I try it for free?

Yes. You can register yourself and test our service using a sandbox WhatsApp Business API account.

What is included in the base tariff?

Absolutely all features of the service, Telegram and Facebook channels, three accounts for contact center and flowbuilder are included. Paid channels are not included (WhatsApp, Instagram).

What do you mean by "Monthly Active Users"?

The MAU indicator is the number of active conversations per month. This is the number of open chats or the number of unique users you have communicated with through the HighTouch platform in a month. Active conversations mean that this subscriber was reached out to at least once during the month. All active conversations in all of the connected channels/messengers are counted in total.

What are dialogue sessions in the WhatsApp Business API?

Communication in WhatsApp Business API is charged by the number of open dialog sessions. A dialog session is a 24-hour interval during which a company can send an unlimited number of messages. All messages sent during one session are free (only the opening session is charged).

A dialog initiated by a company is more expensive than a dialog initiated by a user.  If the company did not respond to the user's message, then the dialog session is not opened (and is not charged).

After 24 hours the session is closed and if the correspondence continues, a new session is opened.

Not charged in WhatsApp Business API:
The first 1,000 dialogue sessions every month.
Sessions where opened to a user who has clicked on the WhatsApp button (the "Send Message" button in the Facebook ad or Instagram) and sessions opened to the user who has clicked the call to action button on the company's business page on Facebook.
